The suspects in the case have been apprehended in Mexico, where they fled from the Nashville area. Mariana is living there with relatives and in good health.

The suspects are awaiting extradition from Mexico to answer charges on the wrongful death of four year old Luis Cisneros.

The suspects have warrants on file for criminal homicide. The victim of the homicide was the 4 year old son of the female suspect, Martha Leticia Patlan. The male suspect is Patlan's boyfriend. Traveling with the two suspects are two children: 8 year old Mariana Cisneros and 15 month old male child (Edgardo A. Espinosa).

The suspects and the 8 year old missing girl were last seen in a mid 90s Aerostar van, possibly has the name Luis Dorantes straight across the back window. Van has tinted windows. Last location the van was spotted is Cookeville, TN around noon, 2/24/03.If you have any Information, contact:
