The East Tennessee Regional AMBER Alert issued for Claiborne County Sheriff's Department has been canceled. Onna was safely recovered by the Claiborne County Sheriff's Department and her grandfather, Denny Brooks is in custody. The Claiborne County Sheriff's Department has activated an East Tennessee Regional Amber Alert for three year old Onnastasia Onna Troglen. Onna has light brown hair, blue eyes, and is thirty eight inches tall. She was last seen wearing a green layered skirt with flowers, and a white top with a large flower that matches the flowers in the skirt, and purple Croc shoes.

She was taken from school by her Grandfather, Denny Brooks. Brooks is a forty-nine year old male, with brown hair and green eyes. He is five foot eleven inches tall and weighs two hundred and ten pounds. He was last seen driving a red two thousand and two Pontiac Sunfire, with TN License Plate Number LHC851.
