DAKOTA AND CHARLES HAVE BEEN RECOVERED BY THE MILLERSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, SUMNER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND THE TENNESSEE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION. THEY ARE BOTH IN GOOD CONDITION AND THE SUSPECT IS IN POLICE CUSTODY AT THIS TIME. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS ALERT, PLEASE CONTACT THE SUMNER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AT 615-452-2616

A Statewide AMBER Alert has been issued by the Sumner County Sheriff's Department for 7-year-old Dakota Kane. Dakota is a white male, 3'0 tall and weighs 65lbs. He has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing black windpants and a gray long sleeved Harley Davidson t-shirt. Fifteen year old Charles Paul Jr. is a white male 5'11" tall and weighs 135lbs. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and a white shirt.

They were taken by Daniel Kane a white male, 5'8" tall and weighs 160lbs. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and has his hair braided. He is driving a stolen 2005 Ford Focus with Tennessee License Plate SJM632. He is armed with two Ruger Black Hawk pistols. He took the vehicle at gunpoint and is considered armed and dangerous.
